An absolutely beautiful spacious and well equipped house with central heating system and all floors heated. Even though it's not at walking distance from the beach, it's big kitchen and living room, and amazing view over the entire Peniche area makes it a great option. 

The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons (including a dishwasher). The Patrícia House contains 1 bedroom with a double bed, ensuite with shower and tub, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 extra room with 2 single beds. All rooms have central heating. The house also has a living room with cantral heating, TV, DVD, movies, games and free wi-fi, 1 bathroom with tub, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 WC, laundry with washing and drying machines. There is an area with a ping pong table downstairs and a private sheltered patio with a table, a sofa and a barbecue outside.

 Patrícia hose can accommodate up to 8 people and it is located in Ferrel, not Baleal, 1500 m from the ocean and our surf school. Thus we suggest that you should have a car.
